Christmas Letter 2011

Dear Friends and Family,

Five years ago I bought Michelle a pedal harp, under the condition that she would record a Christmas CD that we could send out with our Christmas cards, so I wouldn't have to wrist a Christmas letter for once. That year, and every year since, she has had an excuse for not doint it: "I have too many other projects this year," "My recording software doesn't work with our new computer," "My fingers are bleeding," "I'm pregnant"....I swear, some people will do anything to get out of a little work. This year I threatened her with a breach of contract lawsuit and told her if she didn't do it I would give her harp to some poor children in Africa. Lucky for her I also found out that my partner's son was a recording engineering whiz, studying down at the UofU, and he was nice enough to record her in one of the chanber halls on campus.

So now I'm writing a leter, explaing why I'm not writing a letter. It's a good thing too, because Whitney and Dane have done absolutely nothing funny or cute this year. (I'm goint to have to bring that up with them at the annual Festivus Airing of Grievances next week. Actually, Dane does mostly poop where he's supposted to now, and I guess that's kind of cute. And Whitney got baptized a few months ago, but she didn't do anything to make in funny or entertaining, like doing a cannonball or something.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the music. Have a Merry Chistmas

(Here's one of the songs from the CD. If you ask Michelle nicely she'll probably burn you a CD with the others.)
