Book Review - 1776 by David McCullough

I listened to 1776 by David McCullough driving from Utah down here to Arizona today. It's about General Washington and that crucial first year of the American Revolutionary War. I never realized how close the Continental Army came to complete annihilation early on. Were it not for luck, providence, genius and bravery we would all be speaking English today.....wait...well, we'd at least be dropping our "R"s and we'd all be a lot less masculine. Definitely a good read and deserved it’s Pulitzer Prize.
